TOSCANA NASTRI is specialized in the production of coated belts – flat and toothed – with different type of elastomers. Thanks to the constant cooperation with machine manufacturer and end-users, as well, we have developed a wide range of belts coated with a variety of materials: natural rubber, non-abrasive, non-oil, non-heat rubber, neoprene, food grade rubber, polyurethane, silicone, aramide, sponge rubber. Coatings are available in different hardness and thickness combinations.

Our commltted and quality orientated staff will ensure and be pleased to advise the most appropriate type of coating, according to the characteristics required by specific sectors of employment: paper industry, packaging, postan mechanization, dosig machines, vertical form fill and seal machine, cable/wire production.

Various customized modifications are available such as perforation, milling, countersinking, further a wide range of customized processing on the top coating of belts.
