CONVEYOR BELT TEXTURES / PATTERNS

To fulfill requirements of specific process / function is essential choosing for any application the right surface structure and inherent properties. The appropriately optimezed surface textures and patterns ensure – for example – idal grip, good realease properties with dough or emboss manufacturer specific pattern (e.g. in chocolate production).

AR - ANTI-SKID PATTERN

suitable for inclined conveying of goods

GSTR - COARSE TEXTURED PATTERN

marble/granite honing machine, metal processings, postal plants, airport plants

STR - NORMAL TEXTURED PATTERN

conveying of paper on cutters, bending machine, packaging industry

LG - LONGITUDINAL GROOVE

inclined conveying – hub / parcel sorting, metal processings

RFF - FLAT FINE RHOMBOID PATTERN

food industry: it gives to the conveyed stuff the special fine rhomboid pattern (eg. Chocolate)
