  Toscana Nastri - relying on a long experience in the field of conveyor and processing belts  - has developed a specific line of conveyor belts suitable for ceramic sector.

Because of the abrasive strengtht and the good absorption capacity, footwiping belts (sponge rubber belts) are mainly used to remove the glaze from the feet of ceramic ware (tableware, sanitaryware…) before firing.

Sponge rubber belts are employed as well as  in the following processes:

• deglazing of porcelain and pottery (tableware, sanitaryware…)

• carriage of fragile material

• in all that cases where is needed fall-absorption of material, absorption of vibrations.
