Feeder and Haul-Off Belts

Haul-off Belts for Haul-off Units

foto1

Haul-off belts/cable pulling belts are used in cable production, plastics processing industry as well as in the haul-off of cables, profile and tubes production. They consist of a pair of belts driven by pulleys, one above the other on parallel axes, hauling the material at a constant speed in order to avoid any deformation of material. These are made of different backside coating: PVC, PU, rubber or silicone. Coatings include abrasion, oil and grease, heat resistant elastomers: hardness from 35 to 90 ShA.

logo_footer supply a comprehensive range of high performance elastomer belt coverings, to suit a wide range of product drive applications. They are designed for high friction with excellent abrasion resistance. Precision ground finish ensures perfect thickness: Bases includes flat support, poly-v and timing belts.

Feeder Belts for Board and Panel Processing

As a feeder belt for wide belt sanders, planers and brushing machines in the wood and metal working industry, feeder belts plays a key role in the exact and efficient manufacture of board products.

Feeder belts are totally flat and the same thickness. With different surface patterns and hardness, we have the right belt type for any kind of material or process.

Made to precise tolerances in the dimensions you specify.
Main Applications of Feeder belts
- Applications of feeder belts are various: wood, metals and different alloys (leagues) i.e. cast-iron, rubber ? plastics, marble and glass, leather.

Different machine types (working processes)

  • CALIBRATING: is the process that by mean of taking away of material reduces the thickness to the wanted value.
  • SANDING / GRINDING: is the process which gives to the (wooden) panel a perfect surface from the aesthetical point of view and from the touch (tactile sense).
  • BRUSHING: cleaning process of the piece by removal of the remnants (residual) from the previous working steps (calibrating/grinding).

All the above mentionated processes have very different characteristics: the correct analysis of the working conditions will lead to the best belt choice. We highly recommend to ask our technical experts in case of doubts of you need further explanations.
