The persons to whom the personal data refers, pursuant to art. 7 of D.Lgs. (legislative decree) No 196/2003, have the right at any time to obtain confirmation that the said data exists, to know what it consists in and its origin, and to check that it is precise. They may also make a request for the said information to be added to, updated or rectified. They also have the right to request that the said data be deleted, that it be rendered anonymous, or that data processed not in compliance with the law be blocked. Furthermore, they may, for legitimate reasons, withhold permission for the data to be processed.

LOCATION AND PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

Processing relative to the web services provided by this site – which physically takes place via hosting mode at ARUBA, Via Sergio Ramelli 8 - 52100 Arezzo (AR) Italy ("www.toscananastri.com - www.toscananastri.cit") - is conducted at the headquarters of the company responsible for processing through the agency solely of Toscana Nastri srl. employees or collaborators charged with the task of processing, or, in the eventuality, by operators charged from time to time with the task of maintenance. No data deriving from web services shall be transmitted to other parties.

The personal data provided by users who submit requests for services is used solely for the purpose of provision of the service or operation requested. It is not transmitted to third parties, without prejudice either to legal obligations concerning transmission or to the possibility of transmission strictly required for meeting the needs of the requesting party.

TYPOLOGY OF PROCESSED DATA

Navigation data.

During normal use, computerized systems and the software procedures set up for the functioning of this site acquire certain personal data the transmission of which is entailed in the use of Internet communication protocols. The information in question is not collected to be associated with identified interests. However, through processing and association with data held by third parties, it may, by its very nature, enable identification of users.
