Conveyor Belt Scrapers

Belt scrapers (squeegee blades) are used to clean the surface of the belts, removing dust or waste material, as resul of work processings.

The belt scrapers ensure ensure the cleaning of conveyor belt surface, and therefore of the conveying structure in general, improving the production processes and the llonglasting of the belt.

We supply PU scrapers, available with different profiles, colors, hardness (from 40 to 90 Shore), thickness: single or multiple layers of PU.

PU SR (Standard Resistance) is suitable for most applications.

PU HR (High Resistance) ensure a high chemical resistance against the attack of chemical agents that may lay on the surface (eg paintings residues on painting plants)
